How does an appointment go?
The tele-rehabilitation takes place via video consultation or over the phone. The consultation begins with an in depth subjective evaluation followed by an objective evaluation, where the therapist will ask you to do specific movements and tasks to get a better visual of your functional abilities. This will be followed by education on your condition and reviewing a home exercise program to help you get back to your functional abilities.
