Osteopath

Annie is an osteopath (D.O.) who adopts an inclusive approach centered on listening and understanding the whole person. She helps her clients achieve a better quality of life by considering both musculoskeletal aspects and the influence of stress and the nervous system on the body.

Since her first pregnancy in 2020, Annie has developed a particular interest in women’s health, perinatal care, and pediatrics. She supports women through transitional periods such as fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause, paying particular attention to tensions related to chronic stress and hormonal changes.

Her integrative approach aims to support the regulation of the nervous system in order to allow the body to return to a more stable, functional, and peaceful state.

To maintain balance in her busy life, Annie places great importance on practices that promote regulation and overall health, such as cardiac coherence, physical activity, and spending time in nature. These habits support her presence and listening skills during consultations.
