It all began for Christine when she started out as a gym trainer. Her curiosity for the functioning of the human body led her to take a Swedish massage therapy course (2001-2002), then to deepen her anatomical knowledge she enrolled in the physical rehabilitation technique at Collège Montmorency (2005-2008). Since then, she has continued to work in private clinics, where she mainly treats clients involved in road and work accidents.
Over the past 15 years, Christine has refined her knowledge, integrating notions of yoga, Pilates/stabilizing exercises, psychology as well as specific training in MI’s, MS’s and manual therapy (for physiotherapy technician). In the near future, she will also complete her training as a Sports First Responder and begin a new challenge: following sports teams!
An empathic listener, Christine has always valued her client’s integrity (body and mind). Between her sons’ baseball and hockey practices and games, she likes to make time for yoga, cycling, paddleboarding and reading about personal and psychological growth. She looks forward to working with you and forming an effective rehabilitation team!
