Myriam holds a doctorate in psychology (Ph.D.) from the Université de Montréal and now devotes herself entirely to her clinical practice with an adult clientele presenting a variety of needs, including: relationship, marital and/or sexual difficulties, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, anxiety and depressive symptoms, emotional management, and professional burnout.
Her practice is oriented towards the psychodynamic approach, which focuses on understanding the factors underlying psychological difficulties. She considers the therapeutic relationship at the heart of her work and prioritizes the needs and pace of each client.
To take care of her mental and physical health on a daily basis, Myriam ensures she takes time for the different spheres of her life, in the pleasures of reading and being outdoors.
