Défi Écolo Vert
We continue the movement in 2023!

Last year, we launched the "Défi Écolo Vert" challenge with the goal of bringing about a change and inspiring businesses in the region (and elsewhere in Quebec) to adopt environmentally responsible practices to promote sustainable development in the workplace.

For 2023, we have decided to improve one of our many initiatives! As a team, we are challenging ourselves to replace at least 1,500 kilometers, usually driven by car, with an active mean of transportation (be it walking, biking, scootering, etc.)

And it's all in an effort to decrease our greenhouse gas emissions, mainly caused by transportation to our clinic.

So, are you joining the challenge with us?

Learn more about flexibility!

Our bodies are made to move in many directions and in many different ways. One of the factors that affects our movement is flexibility. It's the ability of a muscle to stretch without injury to generate range of motion around a joint.

The second concept that affects movement, which is less known, is mobility. Often, these two concepts can be confused, but mobility is different from flexibility because it relates to movements between two bony structures in a joint.

Therefore, flexibility (muscular aspect) and mobility (bony aspect) unite their capacities in order to generate movement!

Amélie Poirier, kinesiologist, presents a 14-minute sequence that will allow you to explore movement in many ways. Don't hesitate to book an appointment to learn more about your flexibility and mobility!

Testimonials of our clients

« If you have any shoulder issue, you have to see Aditi. She really masters her profession. Very highly recommend. »

« Super friendly and courteous reception staff, special shout out to Danika! Walked in on Tuesday afternoon with 0 mobility and intense pain in my right shoulder, had a deep tissue massage with Danny, followed up with a physio session with Aditi on Thursday morning. As I am writing this, I have regained about 25% mobility in my shoulder, but more importantly, the pain level has dropped from intense level to a nagging pain! Highly recommend them to anyone! »
