The 2nd brain: an ally for well-being

🗓️

On September 8, let's celebrate the power of physiotherapy on World Physical Therapy Day.

Physiotherapy can become your ally, impacting your quality of life. From pain management to rehabilitation, including improving sports performance, our team is by your side to:

  • Relieve discomfort and chronic pain
  • Support your post-injury rehabilitation
  • Optimize your mobility
  • Boost your sports performance

Ekinox would like to highlight the efforts of its valuable team, dedicated to taking care of our health.

On September 22, it's World Car Free Day. The perfect opportunity to choose an alternative transportation to get to work, like active commuting. Whether it's walking, running, cycling, rollerblading, or carpooling, this day is here to remind us of the impact cars have on our environment.

Why take part?

  • Reduce environmental impact
  • Improve your daily well-being
  • Contribute to a cleaner future
  • Promote a sustainable lifestyle
  • Stay in shape

Let's contribute together to a cleaner, more sustainable, and fitter future.💪

Thomas' Marathon

Do you know Thomas' story? This little fighter was born with a rare condition called cat eye syndrome and dedicated the first moments of his life to several delicate surgeries. Inspired by his little champion and the immensity of the challenges he has overcome, his father, Stéphane, began raising funds in honor of CHU Ste-Justine.

This year, he's taking on a new challenge: participating in the World Marathon Challenge®, an adventure that will lead him through 7 marathons, in 7 days, across 7 continents. His goal? To raise $1,000,000 for CHU St-Justine.

Want to donate? Ekinox commits to doubling* every donation made to support Thomas's father's incredible journey.

*Up to a maximum of $1,500.
