Audrey Mathieu
Physiotherapist
Audrey completed her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the Université de Montréal in August 2026. She is beginning her career as a physiotherapist at Ekinox, where she previously worked for several years as a physiotherapy technologist. She has also been a certified sports first responder since 2022, providing coverage for soccer, football, hockey, and many other sports teams.
Her experience has allowed her to develop skills in the assessment and management of a variety of musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and neurological conditions. She also holds certifications in X-ray prescription and peripheral joint manipulation, enabling her to support a diverse clientele, regardless of physical condition, activity level, or goals.
Passionate about running and certified by La Clinique du Coureur, Audrey has the knowledge and tools to help runners prevent and manage injuries while working toward their athletic goals. As a runner herself, she has completed two marathons and several half-marathons, and she looks forward to taking on new challenges!
Known for her attentive listening, enthusiasm, and positive attitude, Audrey takes a personalized, patient-centered approach to care. Whether the goal is to relieve pain, improve quality of life, return to physical activity, or push athletic limits, she is committed to supporting each patient every step of the way.
