This month's news!

Are your hips stiff?

If you feel like your hips are stiff, whether it's from sports or sitting at your desk for too long, Angela McLaren, physiotherapist, shares different stretches to help you get some flexibility back, arranged in order of difficulty.

Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds (take a few deep breaths) to let the muscle relax and never push into pain! Stretches should be light and easy.

Make sure you are doing the stretches daily for best results!

Renewal of our carboneutral
commitment for 2022

We are proud to announce that we are officially certified as a 2021 carbon neutral clinic and are renewing our commitment for 2022!

What does it mean?

Since 2021, we are commited to measuring, reducing and offsetting our emissions of the year through our purchase of carbon credits invested in Gold Standard certified projects in various sectors (renewable energy, waste management, forestry, etc.) and contribute to projects to protect and restore sensitive natural habitats in Quebec operated by Nature Conservancy Canada.

For 2021, we have offset 35,1 tons of CO2e, the equivalent of 920 vehicles travelling from Montreal to Quebec city.

A collaborative effort with Planetair.ca and Maillon Vert as part of the eco+responsible clinic journey.

Let's create positive effects, one step at a time!

Testimonials of our clients

« Alexandre is skillful and an enjoyable person to be with. He is careful to use just the right pressure, and checks in often to be sure. He also explains things as he does them. His myofascial release work is outstanding. I am driving in from Cornwall, Ontario to see him, so that's a testament to how good he is. »

« Was very satisfied with the physiotherapy session at this clinic. Very thorough and professional yet very personal. You leave there feeling 100 times better than you did going in and have a clear path of action. You are treated like a real person, not just an insurance claim. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! »
