It is with great pleasure that we had the chance to visit L'Atelier Paysan on November 3rd, 2021. An inspiring urban farm that welcomes apprentice gardeners to develop various skills to improve their employability. The freshly grown food is available at IGA Viau, a local grocery store.
Since medical procedure masks are mandatory in our line of work, we are always thinking about concrete actions we can take to improve our environmental footprint.
Because every action counts, it is in an effort to recuperate that we gave L'Atelier Paysan nearly 1500 elastic bands collected during the last months. These can be used to support their growing plants!

National Kinesiology Week

For Kinesiology Week, we present our fabulous Amélie! Stay tuned! She answers some questions related to physical activity on our Facebook page.
Prioritizing self-improvement and the safety for her clients at each session, her approach reflects her passion for physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. She is motivated by the achievement of goals and the integration of movement into her client's daily lives.

Having always enjoyed playing different sports and as you can see, Amélie still plays the goalie position in ice hockey. She also enjoys playing broomball, soccer, ball field hockey, biking and cross-country skiing and in between activities, she takes up weightlifting to gain strength! Amélie also enjoys reading a good novel to relax.
If you are looking to reach new goals or simply rediscover the pleasure of moving every day, Amélie will be happy to welcome you with a smile and lots of energy!

Welcome to the Ekinox team Danny!
Certified in Swedish massage at the Kiné-Concept institute in 2021, Danny has discovered a new passion: to play a positive role in the well-being of an individual by offering the best of himself. Soon to be certified in sports massage and deep tissue, he wants to continue in the field of massage therapy to maximize his knowledge and improve himself. Yes, Danny is a person with a lot of ambition!
In his spare time, Danny like to play chess or board games, which feeds his strategic mind. He has been practising Yoseikan Budo, a combat sport, for over 15 years. He also enjoys individual sports such as climbing, biking and CrossFit.

From November 22 to December 24, 2021, we will be collecting non-perishable food items at the clinic!
